These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Avélia Co. website (aveliaco.com.au) and any purchase of products through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Avélia Co. ("we", "us", "our") is based in the Whitsundays, Queensland, Australia.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products (including towels, bags, sunglasses and blankets) as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Product descriptions are provided in good faith and are intended to be accurate. If a product you receive does not match its description, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be made at the time of purchase through the payment methods available at checkout. Your order is not confirmed until we have received payment in full.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped from our international warehouse. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and order weight.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier services, weather events or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@aveliaco.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

6. Returns and Refunds

Change of mind: We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items are not eligible for return. A store credit (gift card) will be issued for the value of the returned item(s). Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Faulty or misdescribed products: If a product is faulty, damaged or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, including a refund, replacement or repair. Please contact us at hello@aveliaco.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.

All content on the Avélia Co. website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product photography and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Avélia Co. and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
